City of Philadelphia Access Centers

The City of Philadelphia has a number of Access Centers to assist families in these unprecedented times. provide Philadelphia’s most vulnerable students with a safe place for digital learning when caregivers work outside the home, have no childcare options, or cannot support students with online learning. Registration is required. Don’t qualify? Up to 35,000 eligible K-12 households who need help with in-home internet access for digital learning can learn more about their options through PHLConnectEd.
